| Preparing for the holidays doesn’t have to be a stressful time especially if you know how to care for yourself in the process. This class will provide you with knowledge about stress, and how it can be intensified while preparing for the Holidays. Participants will learn how to recognize the on-set of stress, obtain several practical techniques of reducing and relieving stressors. (Please dress in comfortable loose-fitting clothing that allow you to move about for a fun and relaxing time) Instructor: Michelle Gray, M.S.W. and Resource Family Approval Worker Date: Saturday, November 10, 2018 Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm Location: New Location- Sacramento County Building, 3331 Power Inn Rd, Sacramento, CA 95826, Conference Room 1B.
